QubicsData is a data and AI engineering consultancy run by engineers who have spent their careers inside enterprise data platforms, and who now build the AI systems that run on them.
Who we are
We work on the parts of data and AI work that decide whether anything reaches production: the platform architecture, the frameworks that generate pipelines, the pipelines themselves, and the agents and models that now run on top of them. Our background is in regulated, high-volume environments where a wrong number has consequences.
The line on our badge, By Developers For Developers, is a working rule. We write code, we review code and we hand over systems the next engineer can read. We do not deliver slide decks that never became software.

How we work
Build it so it can be rerun
Every load, migration and deployment we ship is idempotent. If something goes wrong at three in the morning, the fix is to run it again, not to reconstruct state by hand.
Decide in writing
Architecture choices, naming rules and trade-offs go into short decision records in your repository. The reasoning survives the people who made it.
Leave the team stronger
We pair with your engineers, review their code and let them review ours. The goal is a team that can extend the platform without us.
Govern AI like production code
Agents get the same treatment as pipelines: tests, review, audit trails and a budget. If we cannot explain what it did, it does not ship.
